BTS’ Burn The Stage Movie

The documentary film based on South Korean K-Pop boy group BTS was finally released in India, after about 10 day delay from the rest of the world. The documentary-style movie is based on their ‘Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour’ of BTS, which was first originally released on YouTube Red as an 8 episode documentary series called Burn The Stage. Later the show was made into a movie called Burn The Stage: The Movie and came with lots of unseen footage and more stuff. Before I begin with how my experience was, I would like to clear it to my readers that I’m not a BTS fan (as of yet) and I only went to watch the movie to experience the concert feel on the big screen, and yes I do listen to some of the K-Pop bands but BTS ain’t one of them, however my mind did change after watching the movie.

Burn The Stage

The movie Burn The Stage provides an intimate glimpse into the life of BTS and its members, through in-depth interviews, behind the scenes footage, backstage clips etc. The band comprises of seven members and their stage names are; V, J-Hope, Jin, Jimin, RM, Jungkook and Suga. Burn The Stage Movie was supposed to be released in India on November 15 2018 along with the rest of the world, but due to some certification issue it got delayed and was finally released on November 25, 2018 in over 45 cities with new cities being added every day.

Experience

Well I’m not familiar with the language but the subtitle help me understand, As I mentioned earlier I’m not their Fan but it was an enjoyable experience watching the movie on the Samsung Onyx LED Screen in Inox Cinema in Mumbai. The movie is definitely a worth watch for the fans as they can cherish-enjoy & get backstage footage and other extras from the band. The music was melodious and I would definitely will try exploring their music.
